1. Easy Returns Within 14 Days
If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving it. Just contact us at contact@whitetiger-calligraphy.com with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the process.
2. What Qualifies for a Return
You can return your item if: ✔ The product is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what you expected. ✔ The item is unused and in original condition. For all other reasons — such as change of mind — contact us and we’ll find the best solution.
3. How Returns Work
Once your return request via e-mail is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on where and how to send the item back.
Please note: 📍 Return shipping may be at the customer’s cost unless the item is defective or an error occurred. 📍 We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns — this protects you in the rare case of lost packages.
4. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is complete.
