3. Orders & Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming receipt of your order.
An order is considered accepted once it has entered production or shipment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including but not limited to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or fulfillment limitations.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed in the shop and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods.
Any additional charges such as customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free worldwide shipping. No additional shipping fees apply at checkout.
Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our fulfillment partners.
Delivery times are estimates only and generally range between 7–14 days, depending on destination and local postal services.
We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date and are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or force majeure events.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details may result in additional costs.
